Shipping policy

We know that shipping costs are an important factor to consider when ordering online. As a small business, we work really hard to keep our shipping costs minimal. We are pleased to offer USPS First Class shipping to our customers for a flat shipping rate of $5 per transaction regardless of the number of pieces ordered. 

As soon as your order is fulfilled - we will notify you via email that your package has shipped and include a tracking number.  Please note that once your package leaves our shop, it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service. We do not have anyway of tracking your package outside of the tracking number that you receive. We are not responsible for untimely delivery or lost packages. 

If you need a guaranteed faster delivery - please send us a DM or email blair@winterbcoterie.com and we can upgrade your shipping to UPS 1-2 day for a small fee.
